Project

Wheels of Change

A project coordinated by VALS, with partners from Portugal Vita Nativa and from Italy You More, who share a common goal: to help create a framework for collaboration that enriches their transnational capacity and technical know-how related to cycling, aimed at young people.
About the project
The main theme of the project is to promote social inclusion and equal opportunities through cycling and a bike repair service. Cycling is beneficial on many levels: it helps individuals through the health benefits it brings as a physical activity.
It is done outdoors on different terrains and has a very low negative impact on the natural environment, which makes it a perfect outdoor activity: affordable, and possible individually or in groups. It is also a means of transport with no carbon footprint, recommended by most institutions at European level.

A project coordinated by VALS, with partners Vita Nativa from Portugal and You More from Italy, who share a common goal: to help create a framework for collaboration that enriches their transnational capacity and technical know-how related to cycling, aimed at young people.
